All items sold by AMBIZ TECH are refurbished or pre-owned electronics. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Final — Tested Items Items listed as "tested" or "fully functional" have been inspected prior to shipping. These items are sold as-is. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives significantly not as described.

Untested Items Items listed as "untested" are sold for parts or repair and carry no guarantee of functionality. No returns are accepted on untested items.

Damaged in Shipping If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
